Warren Green is a construction veteran with over three decades of experience working at all levels of the construction industry, including design and build. He started as a builder and has since held numerous senior management roles and directorships within the construction industry. He is a LBP (Carpentry), a member of the NZ Institute of Directors and also the Project management Institute.
Warren has also held numerous senior/executive management roles in leading building material/system companies and has been actively involved in all aspects of design, manufacture, supply, distribution and logistics.
This valuable experience has given him knowledge of every aspect of both the commercial and residential construction industries. His time at Fletchers gave him a strong background and skills in building supply chain and materials, while his directorships have given him valuable skills in governance and management.
His hands-on, people-first approach to project management enables a collaborative, client-led process and means that Warren has created countless lasting relationships in the industry.
CAMERON MCDONNELL
DIRECTOR, OPERATIONS MANAGER
Cameron is an accomplished project manager with over a decade of experience in architecture, construction and design management. He has a proven track record as a project manager on residential and commercial works with budgets from $500,000 to $70 million+ and up to 20,000 moving parts.
Cameron’s process-driven approach enables him to seamlessly manage and execute fit out and construction projects regardless of their size or complexity. His background in architecture has seen him focus on innovative, design-led work that has won multiple New Zealand Institute of Architecture Awards.
He has previously held roles at Hawkins Constructions and Alaska Construction Interiors where he oversaw construction projects and commercial fit outs for clients such as MediaWorks and Precinct Properties.
